  • Discover your/your company’s core values

  • Recognize where you’ve not been living or operating congruently with them

  • Develop an action plan to achieve living out your values at a “10”

  • This workshop is heavily focused on “personal development”.

    • Understand the negative impact gaslighting has, ie: confusion, self-doubt, anxiety, and how this potentially affects you/your employee’s performance.

  • Gain insight into gaslighting dynamics in personal and professional interactions/relationships, as well as potential gaslighting from clients.

    • How this can play out in team meetings, handling “dis-satisfied” clients, etc.

I can come to your offices to conduct a workshop, provide a place for you to bring your people, or do a workshop via webinar. Fees are based upon individual workshop details.
